You will be notified by email whether the return was approved or denied.The return unworn merchandise must be returned by mail with the original sale receipt, within 7 days of receipt.

 

Exchanges

Our exchange policy is 7 days from receipt. Merchandise is only exchanged if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@eliniro.com Your exchange will be processed upon receipt.
